GABA Blends: The Game-Changer for My Wellbeing.
Anxiety is a struggle I wouldn’t wish on anyone; I felt desperate for natural options.

The Power of Acceptance: It’s OK to NOT Be OK
Anxiety can occur at any time in life. Growing under pressure, or surprising us. It may be situational, or part of our daily lives. Mine occurred together with health issues, and has stayed for a while. (RUDEEEE.)
I was already applying healthy lifestyle advice. (Eg. exercise, clean eating, regular sleep, reduce stimulants & triggers.) But needed more than coping strategies. (Box breathing, panoramic vision, body connection).
So I tried supplements for neurotransmitter support.
My anxiety reached breaking point post-pandemic.
When compelled to try two weeks Xanax prescription, my doctor confirmed it affects the same neurotransmitters as GABA. I disliked the few Xanax quarter-pill doses I tried, due to memory fogginess and quickly stopped using it.
So I purchased GABA & a few days later, took one 750mg pill and had a high-dose anxiety attack.
Then I cautiously tried lower doses (200mg), and have increased as required.
I only use GABA when needed. Some days 200mg, other days 750mg. Good days I take none at all! (Hurrah!)
I view GABA supplements as support that helps gives me space to make other healthy changes.
I’ve also learned that gentleness and self-kindness is key.
Whatever the science behind GABA supplements is, I can only speak to my own experience and journey using this product. Whether placebo, psychological, or otherwise – I’m glad for the relief I’ve found with these products so far.
